Airtel Money debuts on London Stock Exchange after major IPO

Airtel Money listed on the London Stock Exchange in the city's largest IPO in five years. The company raised £529 million with a valuation of £5.3 billion. The African fintech operates across 13 countries with 53 million monthly users and generated $1.35 billion in FY26 revenue. Shares were priced at £1.96 each before trading commenced. Airtel Africa and Mastercard may sell an additional 27 million shares through an overallotment option.
